Learn How to Trade on Orion Terminal:
the decentralized gateway to the crypto market.

Step 1: Connecting your Wallet

Firstly, make sure you have some ETH or BNB in your wallet. ORN will also be needed, as initially, all non-ORN related trades like BNB to USDT will require ORN as a fee. This can be bought through the “Swap” function. Then connect a supported wallet: MetaMask, Fortmatic, and Coinbase Wallet. Open the Orion Terminal

and select the ‘Add Wallet’ button, then, choose your preference.

Step 2: Depositing Funds

On the left, click “Dashboard".

Here, you’ll see the tokens available for trading, your connected wallet, contract balances, and asset distribution in your Portfolio. Each token has “Deposit” and “Withdraw”. Click on the “Deposit” button for ETH or BNB. In this case we will choose BNB, and make the first deposit for trading.

Choose a BNB amount to send to the terminal, then click deposit. Repeat this step for other tokens, such an ORN.

Confirm the transaction in your wallet and wait for it to be confirmed on the blockchain. You are ready to trade.

Step 3: Trading

To the left, select the “Trading terminal”.

Use a “Limit Order”, or buy and sell from the open “Market”. Using the limit order, choose a desired price and navigate to the drop down menu to select your choice of token.

The Swap feature allows you to directly swap one token to another. Select a trading pair from the drop down menu.

Step 4 : Withdrawing Funds

Once trading is finished, withdraw the funds back to your wallet.

From the dashboard you can view which tokens you have, and withdraw your funds.

Orion Terminal is chain-agnostic with multiple chains integrated and more to be added. Currently, Ethereum and BSC are integrated. Using BSC? There are additional steps to take.

Changing the Wallet to Support BSC

We need to point the wallet towards Binance Smart Chain nodes. On the top right corner on your MetaMask wallet,

click on the “Settings” page, locate the “Networks” menu.

Click “Add Network” in the top-right corner to manually add Binance Smart Chain, as it doesn’t come packaged with MetaMask.
